Your journey into this timeless landscape begins in the late afternoon. You will meet your friendly guide and be introduced to your camel, your steadfast companion for the adventure. After a quick lesson on how to mount and sit comfortably, you will begin your trek. Feel the gentle, rhythmic sway of the camel as you leave the village behind and venture into the silent, rolling sea of sand. The world slows down, and the only sounds are the soft footsteps of the camels and the whispering desert wind.

As the sun begins its descent, painting the sky in fiery shades of orange, pink, and gold, your guide will lead you to a high dune. This is a moment of pure magic, a perfect opportunity to capture breathtaking photos and simply absorb the profound tranquility of the Sahara at dusk.

Just as twilight settles, you will see the warm, flickering lights of our Sahara desert camp nestled among the dunes. You will be welcomed with the traditional hospitality of a glass of sweet mint tea. We will show you to your private tent, where you can settle in before a delicious, multi-course Moroccan dinner is served.

Later, we invite you to join us around a glowing campfire. Listen to the hypnotic beat of traditional Berber drums, share stories, and then tip your head back to gaze at a sky so full of brilliant stars you will feel you can almost touch them.

The next morning, we will wake you early to witness the serene beauty of the sunrise. Watching the light return to the desert is a peaceful and powerful experience. After a hearty breakfast at the camp, you will mount your camel for the gentle ride back to Merzouga, carrying the silence and magic of the desert with you.
